Job Opportunities In Nepal
JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN NEPAL
Every year more than 30% late
teens and 30+ aged group people are forced to leave their country due to no job
problem. Either they are the unqualified, qualified or overqualified people,
most of them suffer through this problem. Some get the work according to their
qualification and degree whereas others are forced to do those things that
don’t match their levels. In my opinion, for the solution to this problem
people must start to think technically. Not everyone can invest in business
some has to start from a very low level and for this I believe that agriculture
and livestock farming would be great. One can do these things at their own
country and start will very less amount of money.
Some year earlier people used to consume
food for life. Now days, people consume food for healthy life. Thus, farmers
are gradually transiting themselves from substance farming to commercial
farming. However, rate of transition is somehow slower than expected. Adoption
of off season vegetables, tunnel house in farms, attraction toward high value
crops are observing in increasing trend. Moreover, youth returning from foreign
employment are also starting commercial agriculture. Similarly, social icons
are also starting commercial agriculture which is very good sign for
agricultural development. Such action attracts elite group for
the commercial agriculture. Likewise demand site is also creating positive
pressure for agricultural development. In nutshell, Nepalese agriculture has
huge potentiality for its competitive development. However, its condition must
be fulfilled timely and commitment should be done by all
level. Efficient supply chain and market chain will certainly help the
agricultural development of Nepal.
Likewise, livestock farming can
also be a good way to start business. It would need a little more amount to
start but it can be started at a very less investment as well. Livestock
farming is used for encouraging and pulling people into cultivation, and the
dung of animals is used to enrich the soil fertility. In the hills and the
mountains, yaks, donkey, mules, sheep and goats are used to transport goods. In
the Terai, bullocks and buffalo bulls pull carts. Livestock farming is also an
important source of protein through the consumption of milk, milk products,
eggs, meat, etc. It also acts as important source of cash income for farmers. Livestock farming is an
important agricultural sub-sector in Nepal. According to the data from Central
Bureau of Statistics (CBS) 2011, livestock covers approximately about 32% of
agricultural Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and about 11.5% of total country GDP.
Numerous people are involved in the production, slaughtering, processing, and
trading of livestock and livestock products. More than 2 million households own
cattle, and over 1.4 million households raise chickens. The growth
rate of buffalo, pigs, milking buffalo, and fowl was very good compared to
cattle, sheep, duck, laying duck. Starting anything inn home ground would be a
real prestige. No need to think anything bad about the occupation one is doing.
Everything is interrelated and important in the same way.
